ZHONGBAIUNION Group focus on smart display terminal product development, manufacture and sales. Now ZBU has our main series products including Indoor & Outdoor Digital Signage(LCD advertising display), Android tablet, Floor standing kiosk, Industrial LCD monitor, POS terminal, and Interactive Whiteboard. After years of sedimentation, there are more than 10,000 LCD display running on around the world made by ZBU, using in different areas like security, traffic, bank, hospital, education, retail and mart. ZBU provides total hardware & software solution for digital signage, LCD CCTV monitor and LCD video wall, not only supply different display sizes from 7″ to 110″, and supply value added services and customized products. ZBU has a over 3000-5000 square meters plant, with our own metal enclosure plant, we can cover the full production process for mechanical part and finished product. Because of professional R&D department, ZBU can not only make mass production for standard products but also OEM/ODM production be based on different requirement from customers.
Quality Control-ISO standard management
Dust-free Workshop
Clean and dustproof pollution workshop can ensure the LCD products assembled in a good environment, the workshop has a complete management system, adhering to the 5 s and philosophy of humanized management.
Combination front frame: Screen glass uses 4 mm thick tempered glass, ensure the screen is firm and durable. Installing LCD screen: In every step of production, we pay attention to product cleaning and quality inspection, reduce the probability of quality problems in the factory.
Assembling Process
Install motherboard, speaker, front camera, microphone, power supply board and so on spares
Including Auto mass production line, Semi-auto production and Sample production Line, different kind of professional producing line can meet all demand, no matter customized sample order, or mass bulk order, we can promise the production efficiency, and volume, the fast leading time!
Final test and aging inspection
When the machine is checked correctly, it will enter a high temperature test for up to 48-72 hours.
Complete QC Process
In the past few years, we have established a well managed quality control system where products undergo at least three steps of testing and some even 72 hours of aging during manufacturing. We rarely receive complaints from customers regarding quality.
Finally finished goods are packed up into warehouse, wait for shipping delivery.
